These keto buns are so light and fluffy. Made with clean ingredients they are very low in carbs and low in calories.
Make them in the microwave in minutes these are big enough for hamburger patties or you can make them into hotdog buns.
It's really been a goal of mine to start using more coconut flour and less almond flour. I felt I was eating too much almond flour but really didn't enjoy working with coconut flour.
After much trial and error I have a few new products using coconut flour and hope for more to come.
One Small bun has 60 calories and 1 net carb or have a large bun for 120 calories and 2 net carbs.
Make 2 big dinner buns or 4 small soup buns. Keto, low fat and low calorie Made with no grain and gluten and all natural clean ingredients.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Buns Baking Mix
1/4 cup carton egg whites
1/2 c boiling water
1/4 t baking powder
* optional 1 T flax seeds
Directions
Pour dry mix, flax seeds and baking powder into bowl. Add in boiling water and mix lightly then pour in egg whites.
Mix until the dough starts to come together into a gelatinous ball. Continue mixing for 1 to 2 minutes until dough has cooled down. Use a stand up mixer or mix by hand with a spoon.
Knead dough into a soft ball, cut into 2 pieces for large buns. Form each piece into 2 uniform balls.
Place dough balls on parchment paper on a microwave plate. Keep dough evenly spaced it will double in size.
Microwave on high for 6:30 minutes. Based on 900 watts microwave.
Let cool and dry on a rack. Once buns are dry keep in an airtight container.
Will keep at room temperature for a 2 days or refrigerate for longer life up to 8 days.

For smaller buns divide dough into 4 balls and microwave for 5:45 minutes
