INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
1 pkg  60 grams sugar free chocolate chips
1/3 cup melted fat (butter, lard, margarine)
1/2 cup milk or almond milk
1/2 cup water
2 fresh eggs

Pour dry mix into stand up mixer. Melt butter and gently beat eggs. Make a well in the dry mix and pour in melted butter and eggs. Mix until the batter starts to come together. Slowly add liquid until well combined, but do not over mix. When batter is combined well blend on high for about 10 seconds. Scrape down sides and blend for a few more seconds.

Pour batter into a well greased bundt pan. Run a spoon under water and gently even out the batter to get a more uniform bake. Bake for 27 - 29 minutes. Let Cool.

Melt 2 T of butter in the microwave, stir in chocolate chips. Microwave in 10 second increments until the chocolate is melted. Let the chocolate cool down and thicken slightly. Drizzle onto the cake.
