INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
60 gram sugar free chocolate chips 
1/3 cup + 2 T melted coconut oil
1/3 cup milk or almond milk
1/3 cup water
2 eggs



Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 325 for a convection oven.

Pour dry mix into stand up mixer. Melt 1/3 cup oil (reserve 2T) and gently beat eggs. Make a well in the dry mix and pour in melted oil and eggs. Mix until the batter starts to come together. Slowly add liquid until well combined, but do not over mix. Blend on high for 10 - 20 seconds. 

Scrape down sides and spoon batter into a piping bag. Pipe evenly into a 12 donut piece pan. Don't over fill and you will end up with a perfect dozen.

Bake for aprox 13-14  minutes. Use the tooth pick check. Let the donuts cool on a wire rack. 

Melt 2 T coconut oil in microwave, add chocolate and stir, microwave another 10 seconds and stir until chocolate is melted.  Pour chocolate into a shallow dish and swirl donuts in the chocolate. Let cool on rack.
