Keto Garlic Cheesy Bread Recipe


1 pkg. Cheesy Buns Mix
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup water
2 fresh egg 
1/4 c melted butter
1 t garlic
1 t salt
1 T fresh chopped parsley


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour dry mix into stand up mixer.  Make a well in the dry mix and pour in beaten eggs and half of melted butter. Mix until the batter starts to come together. Slowly add liquid until well combined. Blend on high until dough starts to thicken aprox. 20 -30 seconds. Scrape down sides and fold in shredded cheese.

Grease a large baking tray and emplty dough on to the tray.

Using parchment paper on the top press out the dough, not to thin, about .5 inch thick. Mix the rest of the melted butter with the spices and brush onto dough. Using a fork prick the dough in a few places. 

Bake for about  16 - 18 minutes should be browning around the sides and on the bottom.

Cut into bread sticks and serve with your favorite dip.
