Keto Pizza Crust



      RECIPE for 2 - 10" pizza crusts

  • 1 pkg. Cheesy Buns Mix
  • Just under 3./4 cup water
  • 2 fresh egg 
  • 2 T oil or melted butter


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Pour dry mix into stand up mixer.  Make a well in the dry mix and pour in beaten eggs and oil. Mix until the batter starts to come together. Slowly add liquid until well combined. Blend on high until dough starts to thicken aprox. 20 -30 seconds. Scrape down sides. Divide dough into 2 for 2 10" thin crusts or use all the dough for 1 large thicker crust.
  • Using parchment paper on the top and bottom roll or press out the dough to fit on to your pizza pan. (alternatively you can use parchment on the bottom and press out the pizza with with hands that are slightly wet). 
  • Pre-bake crust for aprox 10-15 min  minutes (15 for larger shell) until starting to brown on the edges. 
Arrange toppings of your choice and bake at 450 until the pizza is done. Cheese should be bubbly and starting to brown. Aprox 20 - 25 minutes.
