INGREDIENTS

1/2 pkg. Cheesy Buns Mix
1/2 cup water
1 fresh egg 
1 T oil

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees or 350 for a convection oven.

Pour dry mix into stand up mixer.  Make a well in the dry mix and pour in beaten egg and 1 T oil. Mix until the batter starts to come together. Slowly add liquid until well combined. Blend on high until dough starts to thicken aprox. 20 -30 seconds. Scrape down sides. Dough will be wet. Let stand in fridge for 30 minutes.

Using parchment paper on the top and bottom roll or press out the dough to fit on to your pizza pan. (alternatively you can use parchment on the bottom and press out the pizza with with hands that are slightly wet). Carefully arrange on a well greased pan (don't use the parchment) spreading to make a circle using excess pieces to make an edge. 

Bake for aprox 10 minutes until crust is 3/4 done. and golden brown on the edges. Arrange toppings of your choice and bake at 450 until the pizza is done. Cheese should be bubbly and starting to brown. Aprox 20 - 25 minutes. 

Don't expect it to taste like a traditional pizza crust - but do expect it to be delicious.
