Veggie & Ranch Flatbread Appy

RECIPE for 15 x 10" Flatbread with Ranch and Diced Vegetables.

This makes a festive Christmas appetizer with bright red and green veggies.

1 pkg. Cheesy Buns Mix
1/4 c melted butter
2 fresh eggs
1/2 water
1.5 cup cream cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 T dry ranch dressing
fresh garlic, salt and pepper to taste
diced veggies: broccoli, peppers, carrots, cauliflower, chives


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour dry mix into stand up mixer.  Make a well in the dry mix and pour in beaten eggs and oil. Mix until the batter starts to come together. Slowly add liquid until well combined. Blend on high until dough starts to thicken aprox. 20 -30 seconds. Scrape down sides. Press dough into a 15 x 10 inch greased tinfoil (or baking) pan.

Bake for 17 minutes until starting to brown on the edges. Let cool


Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning. Blend until smooth.Spread evenly on flatbread. Press diced veggies on top.
